Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. If the returned item meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not receive your refund after the specified time:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds often require additional processing time.

Sale Items
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at odanas@odanas.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver shipped it to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns. Odana’s cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
